- orders in statuses from the groups “New”, “In Progress”, “Deferred”, “Ready”;
- orders closed unsuccessfully or with partial payment.
Metrics:
- Quantity – how many orders were successfully closed;
- Amount – total amount of orders;
- Changes – percentage change in order amount by type compared to the previous period.
Calculation Example
Section titled “Calculation Example”Let’s take the order type “Paid”. There were 2 orders during the period:
- Order 1: product — price $1000, 2 pcs; service — price $1500, 1 pc.
- Order 2: service — price $2000, 2 pcs.
Calculate separately:
-
Order 1
Total order amount — (1000 × 2) + 1500 = $3500
-
Order 2
Total order amount — 2000 × 2 = $4000
Totals for the “Paid” order type
Number of orders — 2.
Order amount — 3500 + 4000 = $7500
Result
