How to install the app?

To install the app, log in to your account through the Chrome browser.
Click the “Install app” icon next to the bell icon. If the button is not there, click “+” in the address bar. Done! The app is now on your desktop.

How to change the program language?

The program language depends on your browser’s language, so you need to change the language in your browser and refresh the page. You can learn more in this guide.

How can I pay for the program?

You can pay for the HelloClient license according to the current plan using any Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belkart, MIR card. Payment can be made from any device. To do this:

  1. Go to “Settings” > “License”;
  2. Select the desired period;

How to reset the balance in payments?

There are two ways to reset the balance:

  1. Manually delete all transactions in the Payments section.
  2. Make an expense for the balance amount, after filtering the cash register for all time.

To reset through expenses, set the “All time” filter in Payments, then go to each payment method in the cash register and make an expense for the corresponding balance amount.
