Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”How to install the app?
To install the app, log in to your account through Chrome browser. Click the “Install App” icon next to the bell icon. If the button isn’t visible, click ”+” in the address bar. Done! The app is now on your desktop.
Why didn’t the language change?
The program language depends on your browser’s language. Change your browser language and refresh the page.
How can I pay for the program?
You can pay for HelloClient under current pricing using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belkart, or MIR cards. Payment can be made from any device:
- Go to Settings > License
- Select preferred period
- Proceed to payment page and fill required data
How to change email?
Email changes are processed through our support. Contact us via in-app chat providing both current and new email addresses.
How to restore a receipt template?
Copy the template’s source code and paste it into a new document.
How to reset cash register?
Two methods to reset cash register:
- Manually delete all cash transactions
- Create an expense for the full balance amount after filtering “All time” transactions
To reset via expenses:
- Set payment filter to “All time”
- For each payment method, create an expense matching the balance amount
