Orders by executors
Displays how many orders each executor currently has in progress.
Calculation Principle
Section titled “Calculation Principle”Included in the calculation are orders in statuses from the groups “New”, “In Progress”, “Deferred”, and employees specified as executors in the order card.
Not included in the calculation:
- orders in closed statuses and statuses from the “Ready” group;
- employees is executor only to specific products or services within a order;
- managers.
Calculation Example
Section titled “Calculation Example”Employee Ivan is executor to 3 orders:
- Order 1: status “In Progress” — belongs to the “In Progress” status group.
- Order 2: status “Closed” — belongs to the “Successfully Closed” status group.
- Order 3: status “Awaiting Part” — belongs to the “In Progress” status group.
Totals for the employee:
Order 1 — included in the report for the employee.
Order 2 — not included in the report for the employee.
Order 3 — included in the report for the employee.
