Orders by status groups

Important!

Reports may update with a delay.

Displays the number and total amount of orders by status groups.

Calculation Principle

Included in the calculation are orders in statuses from the groups “New”, “In Progress”, “Postponed”, and “Ready”.

Not included in the calculation:

• orders in closed statuses.

Metrics:

• Quantity — how many orders are in the status group.
• Amount — total amount of orders in the status group.

Calculation Example

Let’s take the “In Progress” status group, which includes the statuses: “In Progress”, “Approval”, “Deferred”.

1. Order 1: status “Approval”, amount $5000.
2. Order 2: status “Awaiting Part”, amount $1000 .
3. Order 3: status “Ready”, amount $3000.

Totals for the “In Progress” status group

Order 1 — included in the report.
Order 2 — included in the report.
Order 3 — not included in the report.

Total amount — 5000 + 1000 = $6000

Result

Status group “In Progress”: quantity: 2, amount: $6000
