Included in the calculation are products and services from paid sales, successfully closed orders, discounts, and returns.
Not included in the calculation:
- orders in statuses from the groups “New”, “In Progress”, “Deferred”, “Ready”;
- orders closed unsuccessfully or with partial payment;
- unpaid sales.
Calculation Example

- Order: product — price $2000, discount $200, quantity 2 pcs; service — price $1500, no discount, quantity 1 pc.
- Sale in shop: product — price $1000, no discount, quantity 1 pc.
Calculate separately:
-
Order
Product revenue — (2000 − 200) × 2 = $3600
Service revenue — (1500 − 0) × 1 = $1500
Total order revenue — 3600 + 1500 = $5100
-

Product revenue — (1000 − 0) × 1 = $1000
Total:
Company revenue — 5100 + 1000 = $6100
