Revenue by Services
Displays the total revenue from services provided through the “Order” and “Shop” modules for the selected period.
Calculation Principle
Section titled “Calculation Principle”To calculate revenue — discounts are subtracted from the service price, and revenues from services in both sales and orders are summed.
Included in the calculation are services from paid sales, successfully closed orders, discounts, and returns.
Not included in the calculation:
- orders in statuses from the groups “New”, “In Progress”, “Deferred”, “Ready”;
- orders closed unsuccessfully or with partial payment;
- unpaid sales.
Calculation Example
Section titled “Calculation Example”There were 2 sales during the period:
- In the shop: price $150, discount $20, 2 pcs
- In a order: price $300, discount $20, 2 pcs
Calculate separately:

Sale
Revenue — (150 – 20) × 2 = $260

Order
Revenue — (300 – 20) × 2 = $560
Total for services:
Revenue — 260 + 560 = $820
Result
