Products to purchase
Shows how many products are recommended for purchase by analyzing sales, current stock, and supplier orders for the selected period.
Calculation Principle
Section titled “Calculation Principle”To calculate the recommended purchase volume, the formula is: sales for the period minus (current stock + products already ordered from suppliers).
Not included in the calculation:
- orders in statuses “New”, “In Progress”, “Deferred”, “Ready”, “Closed Unsuccessfully”
- unpaid sales
Indicators:
- Sales — quantity of product sold during the selected period
- Stock — number of units available in stock
- Orders — products already ordered but not yet delivered
- To Purchase — quantity of product recommended for purchase
- Purchase Amount — monetary value needed to purchase the product
If the “All locations” filter is selected, the indicators are summed across the company.

- Product 1: stock 10 pcs, sales 50 pcs, on order from supplier 20 pcs
- Product 2: stock 25 pcs, sales 0 pcs, on order from supplier 0 pcs
