IMEI Database

IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique identifier for mobile devices. Integration with the IMEIDB service allows automatic detection of device manufacturer and model using its IMEI, speeding up order processing and device intake for repairs.

How it works?

Section titled “How it works?”
  1. Enter the device’s IMEI in the corresponding field when creating an order.
  2. The system will automatically populate the «Brand» and «Model» fields based on data from the IMEIDB database.

Example:

IMEI: 123456789012345
→ Brand: Apple
→ Model: iPhone 14 Pro

How to configure automatic brand and model detection by IMEI?

  1. Navigate to IMEI field settings:

    • Go to «Settings» → «Order Fields».
    • Find the «IMEI» field in the «Forms» block and click on it.

  2. Enable auto-population:

    • Set the field type to “IMEI”
    • Map fields for auto-population as shown in the screenshot.

  1. Verify functionality:
    • When creating an order, enter the device’s IMEI in the corresponding field.
    • The «Brand» and «Model» fields will populate automatically.
