Ticket fields

Created ticket field but it doesn’t appear when creating tickets
  1. Go to Settings → Ticket Types
  2. Open the specificticket type card
  3. Link the created field to this type
How to delete ticket field?
  1. Go to Settings → Ticket Fields
  2. Select the field to delete
  3. Click the archive icon in the top right corner of the field card
Need different fields for different ticket types

You can configure unique field sets for each ticket type.

  1. Go to Settings → Ticket Types
  2. Open a specific ticket type card
  3. Link necessary fields only to this type

Repeat for each ticket type requiring special fields

When creating tickets, you fill out a set of fields. HelloClient allows you to:

  • Remove unnecessary fields
  • Change display order
  • Make fields mandatory
  • Link reference books to fields

Go to Settings → Fields:

1️⃣ Tickets
Edit core information: reason for request, device model, etc.

2️⃣ Clients
Configure client card: email, address, legal entity details

3️⃣ Handbooks
Create custom lists for quick value selection (e.g., “Fault Types”)

Where to create new fields


  1. Go to Settings → Ticket field
  2. Click the round ➕ button in bottom right corner
  3. Fill in:
    • Name (example: “Repair Urgency”)
    • Field Type: text/number/list/checkbox/date
    • Mandatory (if required)

Creating new field in HelloClient


  1. Hold field with left mouse button
  2. Drag to desired position

Result: Fields will display in your selected ticket when creating orders
