Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”Added a field, but it doesn’t appear when creating an ticket
- Go to Settings → Ticket Types
- Link the new field to the relevant tiket types
Note: New fields must be activated separately for each ticket type where they should be displayed.
How to Leave Recommendations for the Client
Section titled “How to Leave Recommendations for the Client”- Add the “Client Comment” field to the ticket settings.
- Add the “Client Comment” variable to the desired document in Settings → Documents.
Now, when you need to leave a comment for the client, open the ticket, click the ✏️ icon in the ticket information section, and fill in the “Client Comment” field.
