How to change the default ticket deadline?
  1. Go to Settings → Ticket → General
  2. Change the value in the “Default ticket Deadline” field

The deadline helps you see how many days/hours/minutes you have left before the ticket must be completed.

When creating a ticket, you can select a date on the calendar and set the time by which the ticket must be completed.
