Method №1
Section titled “Method №1”When you don’t want to show the part price in documents
Section titled “When you don’t want to show the part price in documents”You have a fixed service price, for example, screen replacement for 5,000 ₽
, which already includes the display. This is the final price the client should see.
- First, add the service with a fixed price to the ticket.
- Then add the part itself, which costs
1,000 $
. - At this point, you’ll see that the total ticket price has changed and increased by the part price — now the ticket price is
6,000 $
. - Open the part item and set the Price field to
0
, then save. Now the total ticket amount is correct:5,000 $
. - Now the most important part. Open the service item and in the Cost Price field, enter the actual part price
1,000 $
. If you skip this, the worker will receive a payout based on5,000 $
, but in reality, your net profit is4,000 $
, and that should be the basis for salary calculation.
In this way you solve the following tasks:
- the client doesn’t see the cost breakdown in the receipt;
- parts and consumables are accounted for correctly in the ticket;
- the employee receives the correct payout based on net profit from the service.
