MAX Messenger

To protect personal data, the MAX messenger does not support opening chats directly by phone number, unlike WhatsApp, Telegram, or Viber.

To quickly open a conversation with a client from HelloClient, you need to add a link to the required chat in the client card.


  1. Go to Settings → Client Fields

  2. Create a new field named “MAX”

    Be sure to link the created field to the client type in the settings.

  3. Open the MAX messenger and create a chat with the client (if it doesn’t already exist)

  4. Open the chat and copy the link from the browser’s address bar

  1. Return to HelloClient and open the client card
  2. Paste the chat link into the “MAX” field

After completing the setup, communicating with clients becomes easier.

The chat link is displayed directly in the order. Just click it, and the chat with the selected client will immediately open in the MAX messenger. No need to search manually.

You can also communicate with clients via WhatsApp, Telegram, and Viber.
