Closing order without payment

If a client picks up the order but does not pay, you can close the order without recording a payment.

To issue an order without payment:

Section titled “To issue an order without payment:”
  1. Open the order
  2. Change the order status to one from the “Unsuccessfully Closed” group

This way, the order will be closed without triggering a payment window.
