Closing ticket without payment

If a client picks up the ticket but does not pay, you can close the ticket without recording a payment.

To issue an ticket without payment:

Section titled “To issue an ticket without payment:”
  1. Open the ticket
  2. Change the ticket status to one from the “Unsuccessfully Closed” group

This way, the ticket will be closed without triggering a payment window.
