Does the app work offline?
No, internet required:
- All data stored in cloud
- Requires constant synchronization
- Offline mode unavailable
How to uninstall the app?
On smartphone:
- Long-press icon → Delete (like regular app)
On computer:
- Right-click icon → “Uninstall”
Important: Account data remains stored in cloud
Installing HelloClient App
Section titled “Installing HelloClient App”You can install HelloClient on Android, iOS, and PC/laptop devices.
For Android
Section titled “For Android”- Open HelloClient account in Chrome browser
- Tap three-dot menu (top-right) → select “Install app”
- App will appear on home screen
For iOS
Section titled “For iOS”- Open HelloClient account in Safari browser
- Tap Share icon (bottom of screen)
- Select “Add to Home Screen”
- App will appear on home screen
For PC/Laptop
Section titled “For PC/Laptop”- Open HelloClient account in Chrome browser
- Click “Install app” icon next to notifications bell
- If icon missing → click ”+” in address bar
- App will install on desktop
