The report contains information on completed refunds.
Metrics:
Section titled “Metrics:”- Date the refund was made
- Reason – order or sale
Clicking on the order number or sale date will open the order or sale card to view more detailed information.
- Items that were refunded
- Comment – reason for the refund
- Amount
