Moving tickets Between Locations

There are 3 ways to move a ticket between locations:

  1. Delete the ticket at the current location
  2. Create a new ticket at the desired location
  1. Create transfer statuses for the locations: How to create statuses?
  2. At the original location, change the ticket status to Transferred to Location B
  3. At the new location, create a new ticket with the status Received from Location A

  1. Create a new ticket field called Transfer: How to create a ticket field?
  2. At the original location, fill in the field with the destination
  3. At the new location, create a similar ticket and indicate where it came from
