No delete icon in the ticket?
Only the following users can delete tickets:
- Administrators
- Employees with special permission to delete Solution: Contact your company’s administrator to request access
You can delete a ticket after it has been created by clicking on the delete icon. It is located at the top of the ticket card. Only the administrator can delete tickets and payments, but the administrator can give the employee the right to delete tickets.
