License payment errors

Solution:

  1. Change your region to Poland via Settings > Common.
  2. Retry the payment with your Visa or Mastercard.

If the transaction is still declined, contact our support chat.

Payment Processed But Not Reflected in the Program

Solution:

  1. Update the program to the latest version.
  2. Verify the payment was made to the correct company:
    • Click your company name in the top-right corner.
    • Check payments for other companies under Settings > Buy a license.

Payment Blocked by Browser

  • Disable extensions (AdBlock, antivirus tools) that may interfere.

Card Limits

  • Check your bank’s daily online payment limits via their mobile app.

Errors After Multiple Attempts

  • Wait 10–15 minutes → retry using a mobile internet connection (via smartphone).

Other errors

  • Contact your bank’s support to clarify the blocking reason.
