Reports on Products and Services

Reports on products and services show which items generate the most profit.

Important

Information appears in the report immediately after a product or service is added to an order or sale.

If you need to see actual profit, please refer to the reports Profit by Orders and Profit from Sales.

Indicators

• Item — product or service added to an order or sale
• Quantity — how many products or how much of a service was added to orders and sales Sorting available from largest to smallest and vice versa
• Revenue — total retail value of the product or service:
  • revenue = price × quantity
• Cost price — purchase price of the product, or service cost:
  • cost price × quantity
• Discount — total discount applied to the product/service
• Profit — potential profit from selling the product/service:
  • profit = revenue with discount – cost price
• Total — overall indicators

• Products and Services by Days — daily statistics on products and services
