How to change a customer in a completed sale?

It is not possible to change the customer after the sale is completed.

Alternative solution:

  1. Perform a full return of the incorrect sale
  2. Create a new sale with the correct customer
Can a sale be made without specifying a customer?

Yes, a sale can be completed without a customer:

  1. Simply skip the step of adding a customer
  2. Finalize the sale as usual

When creating a sale, you can specify a customer to retain their purchase history and optimize business processes.

If the customer is not in the database, you can add them on the spot:

  1. In the customer selection window, click “New Customer”
  2. Fill in the customer card
  3. Click “Save”

The new customer will automatically be added to the current sale.
