Changes in payment dates and order creation and closing dates

Due to workload, you couldn’t make a payment or close an order on time - no problem! Now you can fix this in HelloClient.

Only the company administrator can change the date.

To change the ticket creation or closure date:

Section titled “To change the ticket creation or closure date:”
  1. Go to the ticket card and open the “Additional” section.

  2. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner:

    • “Change creation date”
    • “Change closure date”
  3. In the popup window, edit the “Ticket creation date” and/or “Ticket closure date” fields.

    Dates are available up to 1 month in the past from the current date. Future dates are not allowed.

  4. Provide a reason for the change in the comment field and save the changes.

Changing the ticket Date

  1. Go to the “Payments” and open the relevant payment card (or create a payment if it doesn’t exist yet).
  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner → “Change date”.
  3. In the “Payment creation date” field → update the date and write the reason for change in the comments Available dates:
    • No later than 1 month from current date
    • Future dates are not available
  4. Save changes.
