System Status Groups

Why Group Statuses?

1. Essential first step for developing powerful analytics.

2. Enables process automation and order funnel building in future updates.

3. Analyze reports and order processing stages: identify bottlenecks, prioritize attention, and allocate resources effectively.

Status Group Categories:

🔵 New (initial statuses configured in order type settings)

🟢 In Progress

🟡 Deferred

⚫️ Completed

⚪️ Successfully Closed (close orders and trigger payment window)

🔴 Unsuccessfully Closed (only close orders without payment)

🟤 Ungrouped

Ungrouped statuses can be manually dragged to appropriate groups.

Statuses can only be moved between: New, In Progress, Deferred, and Completed groups. Contact support to move Successfully/Unsuccessfully Closed statuses.

Create statuses in any group and assign suitable colors.

Status movement also works on mobile devices.
