If notifications are not working on devices

Check the following:

  1. Is the Receive on device (in browser) toggle enabled?
  2. Are notifications for HelloClient allowed in the browser?
  3. Are browser notifications disabled in the device’s OS settings?
  4. Is Do Not Disturb, Focus Mode, or a similar mode enabled?
  5. If notifications are not working on your phone or tablet, check if HelloClient is installed as an app via the browser
  6. Check if the specific event is included in the device’s notification list
