If notifications are not working on devices
Check the following:
- Is the Receive on device (in browser) toggle enabled?
- Are notifications for HelloClient allowed in the browser?
- Are browser notifications disabled in the device’s OS settings?
- Is Do Not Disturb, Focus Mode, or a similar mode enabled?
- If notifications are not working on your phone or tablet, check if HelloClient is installed as an app via the browser
- Check if the specific event is included in the device’s notification list
