Warranty re-repair

If a customer returns with the same device under warranty — don’t create a new ticket from scratch. Use “Accept under warranty.”

  1. Find the closed ticket for this device — by customer or ticket number
  2. Open the ticket card
  3. In the upper right corner, click “Accept under warranty”
  4. The system creates a new ticket — customer and device data are pulled automatically

The new ticket appears in the ticket table. Add current information: fault description, deadline, assigned technician.
