Remove headers and footers when printing

The HelloClient link, date, and page number are added by the browser, not the program.

Google Chrome

Section titled “Google Chrome”
  1. Send the document to print (Ctrl + P)
  2. Click “More settings”
  3. Uncheck “Headers and footers”

Safari

Section titled “Safari”

In the print dialog → “Show Details” → uncheck “Print headers and footers”

Firefox

Section titled “Firefox”

Print → Page Setup → Headers & Footers → select “Blank”
