Allowing Notifications in Chrome

If notifications from HelloClient are blocked in Chrome, allow them for the site in your browser settings.

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Click in the top-right corner
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Open Privacy and security
  5. Click Site settings
  6. Open Notifications
  7. Find the site HelloClient
  8. Set it to Allow
  1. Open the HelloClient website
  2. Click the icon to the left of the site address
  3. In the panel that opens, go to Permissions or Site settings
  4. Enable notifications for the site

Check whether notifications for the site are disabled at the operating system level.

  1. Open Start
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Open System
  4. Go to Notifications
  5. Make sure notifications in Windows are turned on
  6. Make sure Do not disturb mode is turned off
  7. Find Google Chrome and HelloClient
  8. Make sure notifications are enabled for both the browser and the app (if installed on your PC)
  1. Open System Settings
  2. Go to Notifications
  3. Find HelloClient (if the app is installed on your PC) and Google Chrome
  4. Make sure notifications are enabled
