Allowing Notifications in Safari

To receive browser notifications from HelloClient in Safari, allow them for the site in your browser settings.

1. Open Safari
2. In the top menu, click Safari → Settings
3. Go to the Websites tab
4. In the left sidebar, select Notifications
5. Find the site HelloClient
6. Next to the site, select Allow

If notifications still aren’t arriving

Check whether notifications for the site are disabled at the macOS level:

1. Open System Settings
2. Go to Notifications
3. Find HelloClient or Safari
4. Make sure notifications are enabled
